SPECTRA Technologies' Customer Service Division introduced SPECTRA Service Automation System (SSAS) in January 2001. It was mainly designed to improve the data exchange process between our customers and us.

SPECTRA's Customer Service Division introduced SPECTRA Service Automation System (SSAS) in January 2001. It was mainly designed to improve the data exchange process between our customers and us. The system tremendously saves manpower, reduces paper work and eliminates manual errors for data exchange processes of installation, amendment and collection job ordering. Customers can now send their terminal configuration requirements, installation and amendment orders, as well as collection orders through the system electronically. It will then process these order - validate everything and upload to the system databases automatically. Customers can further benefit from the profile record for instant status check.

In order to provide a better maintenance service to our customers in mainland, SPECTRA will implement the successful service system. Also, we will establish more service centers in major cities to offer more efficient and effective after-sales services.
