SPECTRA cooperates with DBS (HK) and launches the Quick Payment Services (QPS) of MasterCard in Hong Kong

DBS (HK) has launched the first Visa Express Payment (VEP) Service in the Great China Region since 2001 to cater the market of small-amount purchase, and this service is popular among Visa credit cardholders. In Hong Kong, all Broadway cinemas and many car parks accept Visa credit cardholders to settle the payment under $200 and $500 by VEP respectively. To further promote this kind of quick payment of credit cards, DBS (HK) launches the Quick Payment Service (QPS) of MasterCard in September 2004. From now on, MasterCard credit cardholders can enjoy the convenience of QPS when they make purchase at Broadway cinemas and car parks. They also can enjoy additional privileges at Broadway cinemas until 15 December, 2004.
